Trucks Sales Up 74% since 1990

Feb 8, 2010

Unbeilveable to Hear!

I am not surprised though, A lot of the traffic is big 4x4 trucks, extended cabs, crew cabs, and 150, 250, 350 kinds. Especially in the Thompson Okanagan area, its known to have a big truck to own.

Probably the growth in employment for people to get to work in, such as forestry, mining, and construction work.

Many truck traffic I have seen on the Coquihalla highway has increased over the years. The stats I have found on Sales of new trucks up 74% since 1990.

The 20 years I have been driving the coquihalla highways, it funny to see these trucks in the ditch once in awhile because of undo care driving their toys.
Increased of truck traffic , increased amount of fumes, flows in the air!..
